Looking for small dog day care in Northumberland that’s calm, safe and tailored to tiny paws? After the success of The Doggy Day Care Centre, we opened Little Legs Club to give small breeds, puppies and quieter or more nervous dogs a purpose-built space where they can relax, play and thrive.

Designed for smaller and sensitive dogs

Little dogs often need gentler introductions and a quieter pace. Therefore, we’ve created cosy snuggle areas to help them settle, plus ball pits that encourage play and confidence. In addition, our team matches dogs by size and temperament, so groups feel balanced and friendly from the start.

Maple just loves Little Legs! She runs there each time she is booked in and tried to pop in even when we walk past and she isnt booked in. The girls are so friendly- and the other little legs! So accommodating too when I need to make a last minute swap!

Amazing, have my dog in little legs and shes grown so much in confidence with other dogs and humans, shes a rescue so she wasn’t sure at first but has bene made to feel safe and welcome. My mum also has her dogs in and same with them, I will continue to take her there almost weekly, the staff have been so amazing!

Fantastic day care for our puppy. Excellent team, lots of activities for the dog, great communication and feedback. Website easy to register the dog and upload vaccination details for the dog. Definitely recommended.

What a wonderful daycare! Our puppy started as an opportunity to get some socialisation and she has been thriving! My 5 month old puppy has started day care and she loves it! The team is so good with her, building her confidence and getting her involved in activities. She always comes home tired and settled. I always know both of my dogs are in good hands when they are there and I love the regular updates on instagram so I can see what they have been up to. Highly recommend!

Cosmo has just graduated from his first couple of days there and he’s thoroughly enjoyed it! Nearly as much as I’ve enjoyed his artwork and updates on the Facebook page – good for socialising pups and wearing them out! Staff are lovely too – definitely recommend!

I took my 14 week old Labrador to Morpeth doggy day care little legs clubs. My pup had a great time and was great to see her play with other dogs and build her confidence. Evie and Ellie were my dogs carer for the 2 days she was in and we got a report at the end of the day and a little painting from her paws. It was amazing and I have booked her back in for 2 days a week and will Continue to do so. Staff were very friendly and my pup slept so well on the evenings! If you need a place to take your dog for the day due to work or even a break. This is the place to go and price is very reasonable!

Our dog Olive just finished her enrollment period at Little Legs, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the very first day, the team made us feel completely at ease about leaving her.

My puppy Ralph loves going to the little legs club, and I love watching what he’s doing throughout the day! His enrolment days were amazing and he had lots of 1:1 attention from staff as well as getting to meet lots of other dogs. As I work shifts the opening hours are great and he always comes home tired after a long day of playing.

Doggy Day Care/Little legs club are amazing! Our rescue dog Sara is very fear reactive and really doesn’t take to strangers well – normally she needs to spend weeks getting to know someone….just 2 sessions at Little Legs and she was loving it! She has now completed 4 sessions and graduated and now strains at the lead to go in! Everyone is brilliant with her – playing, giving her tasks, engaging with her and really helping her integrate with other dogs! i’ve been bringing wilbur my labradoodle pooch from a pup 🐶 it took him a little while to settle in but then he met Jess
loving her and making a special bond doggy days were happy days.
He Gets so excited everytime he sees her.
All The staff are such a fantastic team providing a safe and friendly secure place to go.
So caring and always keep you updated with videos posts and pics and friends he meets.
They have fun days dressing up.
Celebrate dogs birthdays.
Treat your pooches like their own.

My pup and I are fairly codependent – he’s a Velcro dog that’s never been left alone which used to work out fine for both of us until life circumstances changed. I was really worried at the thought of leaving him with people and dogs that he didn’t know, but Little Legs Club has been a brilliant solution. The staff are really lovely and helpful and you can tell that they all genuinely love the dogs. I feel happier that he’s amongst dogs of his own size and really enjoy catching up with what he’s been up to on Instagram. I know that he has plenty to keep him occupied, that he gets lots of fuss and it’s doing him the world of good being around other dogs. He is pleased to go in the morning and is sleepy after tea when we get home which lets me know he’s had a good day. Huge thanks to the team – great stuff!

Maple (almost 9months) has just completed her enrolment days- has come home with a painting and report card sharing lots of information about what she has done and who she has made friends with! She seemed very content and was shattered at the end of both days but very happy! Staff were very friendly and made sure I had an update each evening of what she had been doing- they even sent a text message each day to reassure me she had settled after drop off! We couldn’t be happier especially as she is the smallest dog in little legs!!

I would and have recommended Little Legs Club. Our dog Ovi started in May 2025, and he loves it. He gets very excited when he is told he is going to school. Hes very sociable and seems to have fitted in nicely. Hes always shattered when he comes home, a sign of a good day! All the staff are incredible with the dogs, its clear they have a passion for it.

Buddy has been going to Little Legs Club since he was a puppy in 2020. He loves a day of fun with his other small friends and his confidence has grown with meeting new people and dogs at daycare. We love seeing the photos on social media of what he is getting up to. All of the staff are amazing and make Buddy and us feel very welcome. Our 2 pugs adore Little legs at Doggy Daycare. They get so excited to go and see their ‘friends’. Our eldest pug was not very sociable and so we took her to mix with other dogs and within a couple of times going she became so sociable and relaxed around other dogs.
They love doing the fun activities and parties. The staff spend time with them and treat them like their own pets. We didn’t trust many people to care for them but we never need worry, they are so well loved!! The taxi service is so helpful for when at work. Keep it up team, you’re all amazing! I started bringing Amber my 6month old cocker spaniel puppy to little legs club to get her socialising as she tended to be quite nervous with any other dog then our other dog, she went and loved it and is now a lot more confident playing with other dogs and puppy’s, the best part about it is you can see what your dog/ puppy is getting up to throughout the day on social media which I loved to see her playing having fun and doing some cute activities. Both times she has been so far she has came back so happy and slept all night she can’t wait to go back again, all of the staff are lovely.

Little Legs club has enabled us to focus on work whilst knowing that our dog is being well looked after and socialising. It’s clear from the social media that the guys upload that he’s loving the experience, and the care and affection for the puppies is there for all to see. So, you can see what they’re up to during the day and even receive a report card at the end of the day detailing their adventures, buddies and naps! I recommend Little Legs to any small dog or puppy owner who requires some ‘me’ time and a dependable, fun and caring place to leave their dog for the day.

Arrgh these guys need more than a 5* ~ they are much more than amazing! My Pup Billy went to Little Legs Club in Morpeth for his Induction days and his tail couldn’t have been any waggier at Home Time. To know he’s safe, that I get daily (p)up-dates vis SMS and can see via their Social Media that he’s loving life, paw-printing, playing, exercising and making new doggie palls, just melts my heart & eases my ‘over thinking brain’.
My Boy Billy will definitely be returning 🥰

Our Golden Retriever puppy attended Little legs from 4 months of age. He settled in straight away and was so well looked after. It was great to know he was somewhere safe, having lots of fun and learning new thing while we were both working. He has now graduated to ‘Big legs’, which he loves also.

I brought Ted so he could be more confident around other dogs, he was a bit shy as he hadn’t been exposed to dogs in his early weeks. This has been the best thing for my puppy. The team here have cared for Ted, encouraged him, been so knowledgable about his needs and after completing his enrolment..he’s a more confident dog, makes friends and loves it. I can’t recommend this Doggy Day care centre enough.

Willow, our Border Collie puppy, absolutely loves Little Legs! She settled in immediately and made some fantastic four-legged friends. It’s clear that socialising her with other dogs has been incredibly beneficial, and she’s always thrilled to go back.

The staff are truly wonderful with the dogs, and we really appreciate the “pupdates” they share on social media. There’s always something fun happening, from craft activities to agility courses. We couldn’t ask for a happier pup!

Took my pup for her induction and she loved it. Staff that I met were all lovely and they keep you informed throughout the day. So much more than just looking after your dogs they do so much with them. Booked regular weekly slots. Definitely recommend 😃

Dougie has recently graduated from Little Legs, and I am very impressed with his progress! He returns home tired, which indicates he is engaged and active during his time there. He is interacting with a variety of different breeds, which has significantly boosted his confidence. I appreciate being able to view the Instagram page to monitor his daily activities, and the personal messages updating me on his well-being add a thoughtful touch. I am extremely pleased to have found a place where he enjoys attending and receives such excellent care.

I was very nervous about leaving my pup without a meet and greet! I was reassured everything would be okay. I received a message to let me know how Skye was settling in, i seen regular updates on the Facebook & Instagram page which helped put my mind at ease! The staff were so cheery and polite at both drop off & pick up. I was given a verbal hand over of her day at pick up and it is truly amazing how much your puppy gets to complete in one day. Shes was completely shattered after the day of fun from painting to treats & naps! Im so glad i waiting to pop my puppy into this day care. Extremely professional and you know youre pup is just having the best time! Big thank you to Jess who was Skyes 1-1 staff member and made sure she wasnt being a little rascal😂

Fantastic service and extremely friendly and helpful staff.

My 2 crazy jack russels, Rocket and Quill love going to day care they know exactly where they are as soon as we pull up outside. They are so excited to get inside, running straight in the door as soon as it opens.

Spending time at daycare has helped Quill learn that he can be more independent and is no longer constantly glued to his big brother Rockets side.

I love seeing the pictures of them on Facebook during the day playing and having fun.

Anyone that can tire my boys out for a full night definitely deserves a 5 star review.

Eddie has now been with Little Legs Club since April and I can honestly say he is thriving from being there once a week (more when we can!)

The staff are just so professional and you can tell how much they enjoy and care about the dogs. Eddie now knows when we are go and gets super excited to play with his paw friends as well as seeing all the staff too.

The updates on Instagram and Facebook is lovely to check in and I am always 100% comfortable leaving him knowing he will be in safe and be well looked after.

I have recommended to a neighbour who I know has had their pup there and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to everyone.
