Lilly absolutely loves her time at doggy daycare comes home ready for an afternoon nap!
Her confidence with other dogs has increased and she enjoys a lovely sociable morning.
Plenty of mental stimulation and rewards.
All staff are kind and caring,on arrival Lilly pulls to enter and never looks back .

I’ve only been using the doggy day care service for a few days a week for a few weeks now and my puppy loves it. He can’t wait to get in and play.

You know your dog is well cared for and looked after when you go to drop him off and he is so excited to the girls. That’s a great sign of trust.
I also love seeing the updates and videos they post off their Facebook page as it allows me to stay connected with him even when I’m not there.

Mocha had her first enrolment day last week, and its fair to say she had the best day! She was absolutely pooped after, and the updates throughout the day on social media were the best!! It was so lovely to be able to see her enjoying herself the staff were so friendly and welcoming, Cant wait for day 2! 🐾💜

The best doggy day care in the north east! Willow absolutely loves coming here. When I first dropped her off she was nervous but now she runs to the door and excitedly greets the staff 💜
They offer a combination of training, mental stimulation and play 🐾🐾

I was nervous about putting Travis in a daycare setting for the first time but will without a doubt use the Doggy Daycare Centre regularly going forward and have already booked him in for 2 more sessions next week. It was great to see photos and videos on their instagram page and Amy updated me to let me know he had settled in which was reassuring. Travis fell asleep as soon as we got home so I know he must have had lots of fun!

The staff couldn’t be nicer and more welcoming and clearly love the dogs and understand the dog owners anxieties. My dog adores going and doesn’t look back. The updates are precious and make me feel at ease that this is the right place for him and that he is looked after, entertained and adored. They treat the dogs like their own and the handovers are detailed and informative. We looked at other places but this was by far the best and I’m so pleased he is able to access this provision. He has so many activities he is always shattered when he comes home. Well done and thank you to all of the team. X

Been using the doggy day care for a few weeks now and can easily say that tino enjoys his time there he is always exhausted when he gets picked. The staff are amazing keeping you updated on how your pooch is getting on via there Facebook and instagram which is always nice to see.

My pooch Dora absolutely loves going to Whitley Bay Doggy Day Care. She actually knocks on the door to get in. She comes home tired out after a fun filled day ready for her tea. She loves Ebony, she works there. I love that the regular posts show all the dogs having the best time. I’m so pleased I decided to send her there as I know she’s happy and being well cared for. The first photo is her relaxing after a great day at WBDDC

Ebony from the Whitley Bay centre has been brilliant with Thea – lots of early messages to keep us in the loop about how our pup was getting on. Helpful honest discussions about Thea’s first day challenges and just generally being friendly, positive and happy to share advice.

The centre itself you can’t see inside because of health and safety, but their social media and photos they send directly show how Thea got on so the lack of access is managed.

Thea has come back very tired both days but has not been distressed and has clearly enjoyed her day which is great.

I would recommend the centre and we will definitely be using them ourselves again 😊

I can’t praise Whitley Bay Doggy daycare enough. They have helped our springer spaniel puppy, Freddie, with his anxiety by giving him space to enjoy playing with other dogs and gain confidence. The staff are so friendly and Freddie loves them all. X

My dog was always scared of other dogs and would bark when they came too close after being attacked as a puppy. We spent a small fortune on “training” which made no difference. Then we tried Doggy Day Care. He wasn’t a fan at first, but now he absolutely loves it and can’t wait to go each week. He no longer barks at other dogs and is growing in confidence all the time. The people at the Whitley Bay centre are amazing, and I’m so grateful for them!

I think If Loki thought he could stay at Whitley Bay DDCC 24 hours per day then he would have his bags packed and leave us without a goodbye!
Loki loves this place and just adores all his lovely girls who clearly equally care and adore him too 💙. I do think however that Loki does have an extra soft spot for Ebony 🥰.
Loki can’t wait to get through that gate in the morning and doesn’t give his mam a backward glance 🥹 and we all laugh at the running ‘mam who??’ joke but, knowing and feeling confident that he is well cared for and having the best time 😀 helps me get through it 🙈
I also look forward to the updates of photies and videos of his day on fb with all his pals and then hear about all his escapades at the gate at home time … especially his ‘chats’ with the girls 😉 but not the Loki look of dismay at having to leave with this ‘mam who’ woman 🙈🙈🙈
I couldn’t recommend this place and the Loki’s lovely ladies enough 📣

The best doggy day care centre ever. Our English bulldog, Delilah, has been going since it opened when she was around 8 months old and she’s now 2.5. Delilah goes at least once a week and loves every second. She plays all day long and gets so excited to go. The girls who work there are absolutely amazing, they are so attentive with her and make her the centre of attention. They give you a low down at the end of the day when you pick them up and they will contact you throughout the day if needs be! They respond to messages very quickly and are so accommodating with times and dates you go. I can’t fault it at all. Thank you girls at Whitley bay doggy day care!

Charlie loves his days at WBDDC. Always goes in with his tail wagging. Charlie can be anxious around other dogs but the girls know what they are doing and keep him in line. Difficult to pick out his favourite but he does enjoy his training and snuggles with Ebony.

Can’t recommend the Whitley Bay Doggie Daycare Centre enough – I’d give them 6 stars if I could!

The staff are fantasitc and always go above and beyond to give the dogs the best time. My pup gets so excited when we pull up and he is completely smitten with his favourite humans Ebony and Amy.

A great doggy day care, where your pup is treated with love and care. My pup Rolo started very young, and he had the best introduction (made me a painting!!) and graduated! It’s so lovely how much thought goes into your dog and it gives you the reassurance you need when leaving your dog with others. I 100% trust those who work at the day care to provide the best care, and ebony is particularly lovely to not only speak too, but how much she looks after my dog. Thank you for looking after Rolo and letting him make lots of friends and burst his spaniel energy for 8.5 hours!!
I’d recommend this doggy day care to anyone, and to not be nervous, they’re in safe hands here

A great Dog Day Care! My puppy Maggie started here for a half day and then a full day the following week. I’m at home every day usually, so only need to use the centre every now and then. But this wasn’t a problem, unlike other day care services where they require you to have a weekly slot. I was able to book in at short notice and all my queries were answered on the phone straight away.
The team clearly care so much about all the dogs and love spending time with them. I felt Maggie was really well looked after, provided with plenty of entertainment and fun, but also enough downtime for naps.
She was in the Little Legs Club – separate to the main day care, with other puppies, and smaller or nervous dogs. I think this is a brilliant idea, which I didn’t find offered at other day care centres.
As well as being very competent in their jobs, the team were also chill and relaxed about arrangements, which was helpful. They provide a window for drop off and collection, and you don’t need to let them know your exact timings in advance.

Update: Maggie has been going to Doggy Daycare for a whole year. She’s in with the big dogs now and absolutely loves it – she cries to get out of the car as soon as we pull up and bounces out without looking back. Special shout out to Ebony who is with Mags a lot. She’s always there with a smile at drop off and pick up, to let me know about the day. It’s been great seeing some of the training videos on social media too. Maggie really does get it all at the centre – learning tricks, loads of socialisation, running off energy, and most importantly fun!

Myla has been attending doggy day care since she was a tiny puppy. She moved centres from Morpeth where she loved to Whitley Bay almost 1 year ago now and she has absolutely loves Whitley Bay too. The staff team are amazing – Ebony, Chloe, Amy, Amy (Taxi), Ellie and the all the other staff there greet Myla so lovely and she is always so excited to go in with them. They all show a genuine interest and it’s lovely to be able to drop Myla off at day care and know she is well looked after.

Monty always comes home happy and tired from a day at doggy day care in Whitley Bay. All of the staff are brilliant with the dogs and I’m so reassured to see my pup so happy to see them each time. There’s alway plenty of stimulation, socialising and lots of cuddles for the dogs. The Facebook updates are great to see too.

Oscar just loves his time at the centre. The girls are all amazing with him especially when he is being a bit dramatic. I know that he is looked after as well as he would be at home but learning new tricks and making friends. It is great knowing he is in such good hands, from handing him over to picking him up. Chloe and the staff are just fantastic. I love seeing all the posts throughout the day. Murphy has been going to Whitley Bay Doggy day care since he was 14 weeks old. He absolutely loves going, he gets really excited and seems to know which days he goes on.
He loves seeing all his friends there.
I love being able to check the instagram page throughout the day to see photos/videos of what he getting up to.
All the girls are amazing with him and he loves them all and doesn’t look back at me even once when I drop him off! He’s straight in…!

My English bulldog Nellie loves to go. The staff are lovely and always give me feedback on pick up. If I have any concerns about Nellie (just with her breed/needs etc) they always listen and take this on board. They are aware of her needs being a flat faced breed too. Also it’s given her the opportunity to play and social with other dogs which she doesn’t always get to do. Highly recommend.

Our dog Robbie loves the day centre since he’s been going from being quite small. I cannot say how lovely the girls are, Chloe and the girls are so lovely and welcoming and nothing is a problem if ever we need Robbie booked in. Chloe and the girls make this a truly wonderful place for Robbie. He loves going and has a great time. Worth every penny. Fabulous friendly staff and dogs excellently looked after. When we queue up in the morning to drop our dog off, all the dogs can’t wait to get in. We put nano in daycare from when he was about 12 weeks old as a way to socialise him with other puppies. He is so good with other dogs and we also really appreciate how much he is mentally stimulated at daycare with puzzles and training. They are also really flexible- if we need to book in an extra day at a week’s notice it can usually be accommodated. This daycare has been so good for nano and for us as well. We especially appreciate ebony who often looks after him, but all the staff are really friendly helpful and great with the dogs 🙂

The staff at DDCC are friendly & clearly love every one of the doggies that visit. They have got to know our Boston ‘Skye’ well, taking the time to get to know her personality & quirks!

Skye can’t wait to get into the centre, pulling me to the front gate & jumping up to be let in. Upon leaving she will often walk to the DDCC van to head home with Chloe. Speaking of Chloe, she is amazing with Skye & often Skye greets her with lots of doggy licks!

One of the best parts is seeing the photos & videos on Instagram. It’s reassuring & a relief to know Skye is in good care. She comes home shattered from the fun activities.

It’s a great spot to leave your dog during the day.

The girls are absolutely wonderful with my dog, Pepper. They treat her like one of their own, providing a safe and loving environment while I’m at work. I love that I can leave her knowing she’s in such caring hands.

From playtime to cozy cuddles, they ensure each dog gets the attention and love they deserve. It’s clear they are passionate about what they do, and Pepper always comes home happy and tired from all the fun!

A Brilliant place to help care for and nurture your dogs needs , this place has it all , from great facilities , wonderful-friendly staff who do an amazing job , to the vast amount of videos and photos posted of the dogs all having fun , they play and train your dogs and love them like there own . My rocky loves it and has made so many friends . His development has been fantastic since he’s been there and they treat him amazingly . A big well done .can I just add that all of the staff are brilliant with rocky I deal with ebony quite a lot and her customer service is second to none always happy and enthusiastic same as the rest of the staff a big well done

I rang to be registered very last minute after my dog sitter broke their foot and we were going on holiday the next week.
The girls were very professional and understanding. Listened to what we needed and after 2 days settling in she was picked up and kept in their care. Update and insta pics!

An absolute wonderful place to have your dog cared for when you can’t! They’ve taken such good care of our Nell, she is always very excited to go with the added benefit that she’s absolutely knackered when we get her home. They send pics and videos of how your dog is getting on and all the staff are welcoming, caring and very helpful.

Aoife loves her time at Daycare! As a girlie on the more hesitant side, we were worried she wouldn’t ever take to going, but with the help of all the lovely lasses who take care of her she’s gaining so much confidence! On her first day, Liv took the time to let us know she had settled in so we weren’t worried, and it was so appreciated. It’s an amazing option to have a mental break while we raise our lovely girlie to be a well rounded and socialised pup, and I’m sure she’d kick up a fuss if we stopped taking her! We were nervous to take Max to Doggy Daycare as we had recently adopted him and knew he was a little nervous and anxious but the staff at Whitley Bay were fantastic, keeping in touch with us throughout those first few visits so we felt reassured that he was doing ok! The updates on social media also helped, was great to see him looking quite at home there!! Thanks to all the staff but especially Ebony who has spent lots of time improving Max’s confidence and keeping in touch with us – so pleased we found you guys!! X

The staff at Whitley Bay are amazing, it’s the best thing I have done for Daphne aka “Chicken”….she absolutely loves spending time with her friends (both human and doggy) and has improved so much over the last year since she came to live with me. She is so excited when she arrives and has the best time. It is clear to me that the staff put a lot of time and effort into making every dog feel happy and safe (from following their day on social media) their days are about having fun but there is also structure and training.
Originally I brought Daphne out of necessity as I needed her to be looked after while I went to work, but she loves spending time here so much that even if I didn’t work I would still bring her….

Fab daycare, my 3 year Old cockapoo loves it, staff are brill, I never worry about her because she’s in safe hands. Lots of stimulation and socialisation, sleeps soundly when she gets home after a day of fun! I am so beyond grateful for everyone at Whitley Bay Doggy Day Care Centre, we rescued our pup from Romania and she was a very timid and nervous girl, I was so worried that she wouldn’t settled but within a few hours of being at the centre, they let me know she had settled and when I saw the posts on their page, she was like a different dog in the best way possible. Her confidence has grown so much and I couldn’t be prouder. The girls are amazing, giving her the 1-2-1 support she needed and making her feel so welcome!🥰🥰🥰

Fletcher loves his days with his friends at daycare, the staff take so much care and are real dog lovers which makes it so much easier knowing he’s in good caring hands. He comes home in the taxi service which again is faultless. I can go to work knowing that our boy is getting looked after and is happy playing with the other dogs.

The team at Whitley Bay Doggy Daycare are superb. They accommodate my people-loving, dog-tolerating pup. She gets playtime, agility time and, her favourite, cuddle-time. And my family love checking out her progress over Instagram!!

Can’t recommend Whitley Bay doggy day care centre enough – our puppy Pod absolutely loves it he pulls like a steam train to be in every morning. We really struggled to find a day care that wouldn’t expect Pod neutered by 6 months but the doggy day care centre had other measures in place that allowed him to join the day care and be assessed as an individual which was amazing.

These guys really understand dogs and dog socialisation and always make sure that each dog is getting what they need from their daycare experience. The staff are absolutely lovely and their regular social media updates are super cute but also allow you to see what your pets have been up to throughout the day.

Shakira my 10 month old puppy absolutely loved her first day at doggy day care, the girls are all amazing with the dogs, you can keep an eye on what you pup is up to throughout their day by regular updates on facebook and instagram. She even painted me a picture and brought it home! She was shattered when she got home after playing with her new friends (bonus! 😂) I have booked her in for regular slots now, and cannot recommend them enough.

Rita absolutely loves it and is always terribly excited when I drop her off. Everyone takes such good care of her and I love the updates on social media throughout the day. It’s great to know she’s thriving in a safe place when I’m at work.

,Rosie has only been going a few weeks and her social skills with other dogs has come on so much ,she now loves playing with other puppies.The staff are amazing and always seem overjoyed to see Rosie when I drop her off. The videos and pictures you get also is such a good idea and I can see how much fun all the dogs are having. Would recommend and have recommended to other people .The option for half day of full day is another good idea .

Highly recommend the doggy day care centre in Whitley Bay, Eddie has been going since a tiny pup and we have peace of mind that he’s being taken good care of while we’re at work. All of the staff are really friendly and it’s clear from the photo/video updates that Eddie has a great time.

Rhubarb is our 6 month old high energy and friendly golden retriever. Whitley Bay doggy day care centre have been excellent and easy to access – she always comes back knackered from playing with her friends! They are in touch a lot and post lots of updates so I know my pup is having the best time. Will start making use of the pet taxi at work which fits perfectly around our schedule! The team are always friendly when I drop off/pick her up and over the phone. Thanks guys!

Otis had his first day on Monday , he was welcomed by the lovely ladies who work there ! I was sent photos and vids throughout the day of Otis enjoying himself and he also met new doggy friends and even came home with a picture !! Defo be back x

Our dog Jess is very nervous of people and new environments but has started attending Whitley Bay Doggy Daycare today and she’s just had the best day! Staff are so supportive and clearly have a real love of animals. The photos of her bounding around, playing with other dogs were so reassuring. I can’t recommend this place enough! 5* ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

Contacted Whitley Bay Doggy Day Care Centre before our weeks holiday there to see if they would have our Labrador Molly for a couple of days while we visited a couple of non dog friendly places.
They couldn’t have been more helpful. Communication was great and everything set up before we arrived.
Molly had the best time and we were constantly kept up to date with txts and pics and videos on social media.
The staff were amazing and so friendly.
Can’t recommend the place highly enough.

We put our 3.5 month Labrador pup in daycare here yesterday as we were both working and because we wanted to get her socialised and used to new environments, and I’m so glad we did. We did some research for other local daycares and this is definitely the best one! They were really flexible with pick up and drop off times whereas other daycares ask you to drop off at a specific time on the dot. When I intitially rang to book Clover in the lady on the phone was so friendly and you could tell she genuinely loved her job. She was really reassuring and explained everything and answered all of my questions so I knew Clover would be safe and happy there. Clover had a morning session first to settle her in, she made lots of friends and even created a piece of art! I think this us such a lovely, friendly and pawfect place to take your dog. She was very well looked after and was worn out when she got home so must have had lots of fun!

What can I say but the staff are lovely and with me not having a car the pick up and drop off has made my life so much easier and my dog Kovu is a very happy boy and value for money as well.

We send our reggie doberman rotty cross there last week he’s a big dog for 7 months old and does what puppies do at that age the doggy day care centre whitley bay were fantastic with him he came back shattered and we were sent lush videos of his first day fantastic staff highly recommended great set up with the dogs interacting with each other and closely monitored by staff at all times we have him re booked a longer session he ❤️ loves it

We were a little bit nervous about leaving our pup for the first time as she was only just starting to socialise with other dogs. She went for her “trial run” and loved it! Lots of playtime with other pups and cuddles from the staff. She clearly enjoys it judging by the waggy tail when the gate opens upon arrival!

Took my pup to Whitley bay doggy day care to give her a few hours to play and socialise with other dogs. I was so impressed with how easy it was to book in and also change my booking time- the staff were really flexible about this! When she was there, I received a text to let me know how she was doing and saw regular updates on their Facebook page which were just adorable! My girl came home tired from an afternoon of play. Will definitely take her back again!

Henry had his first full day today he has settled great, was a little worried we decided to put him into doggy day care so he could socialise and mix with other dogs as he can get anxious and can be nervous. He has had a great day making new friends 🐶
